Can I apply a coupon code I was given to get a discount on a previous order? No you cannot. All discount codes are to be used on current orders unless given to you in the form of a credit or gift certificate (which can be applied at a later date).

Do you have a store location? Yes! Come and visit us inside Viens Avec Moi, located at 1338 Wellington Street West, Ottawa ON, K1Y 3B7. We are situated in a room upstairs.
Do you offer a pick up option? Yes! We are happy to now offer pickup every Saturday between 2-3pm at Viens Avec Moi located at 1338 Wellington Street West, Ottawa, ON K1Y 3B7. All orders for pickup must be made through our website www.petitespoupees.com. Orders must be placed by the Friday of that week, by 09:00am. Enter discount code in the allocated box ''vampickup'' (all lowercase) at checkout prior to entering payment info. This will then waive the shipping costs.
How do your sizes run? Our pieces are made true to size however each brand we carry is made differently therefore we ask you to consult our provided sizing chats as a reference.
Ex: a regular sized 2 year old toddle girl (26.5 pounds & 34 inches tall) would wear a 2T however it will generally be made to fit the child now. If you have any specific measurement requirements we are happy to provide them. We are NOT responsible if you feel they fit too large or small as they have all been fitted on models prior to launching each campaign and are happy to provide specific measurements of any garment prior to your order.
How do I return an item? To return the product for a different size or style, simply contact us at email@example.com with your concerns and details and we will provide you with the next steps. Please note only unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags still on will be accepted! Also refer to exchange policy above prior to contacting us.
Can I return a product I've purchased online in your store location? Yes, if you are a local and wish to exchange any product within the 14 days for the same value or higher, you may do so by presenting yourself to our Wellington location. If it's a size exchange and we have it in store our friendly staff will gladly help you. If it is not a direct exchanged or not an item we currently have in our physical location, we will take down your email and send you your new online ONLY credit for the exact value of the return within 48 hours.
